Hi! I'm Lynnette, Founder of Proactive Wellness Hub.

I'm thrilled to introduce myself and share my personal transformation story with you. After the birth of my second child, I found myself facing a reality that many of us know all too well – struggling with post-pregnancy weight that just wouldn't budge.


I assumed that this was simply the "mummy" body shape, but soon enough, I realized that it was affecting not just my appearance, but my energy, confidence, and overall well-being.

It was a wakeup call that led me to embark on a transformation program that changed my life. This journey taught me a powerful truth: we have the ability to choose a different path and make healthier, more empowering choices. It became clear that the extra weight was a result of not just biology, but a series of lifestyle choices I had unknowingly made.

Through this program, I discovered that it wasn't just about shedding pounds – it was about shedding bad habits.


I learned the art of mindful eating, embraced an active lifestyle, and cultivated daily healthy habits that not only transformed me, but also positively impacted my children and family.

Now, I'm on a passionate mission to help others experience this transformation and embrace a lifestyle of vitality and well-being. Together, we'll uncover the personalized, sustainable, and effective strategies that fit seamlessly into our busy lives.
